#4 Jack Grealish: Aston Villa to Tottenham

There is just one side in the Premier League yet to make a signing so far this summer and with Daniel Levy's reputation of being tight with his money, it's no surprise that the club in question is Tottenham. There haven't been many transfer stories linking players to White Hart Lane other than the ongoing Jack Grealish saga.

When Aston Villa looked to be in a huge financial trouble, it seemed as though Spurs would be able to sign their prized asset at a cut-price but after a successful takeover, his valuation has rocketed back up to the £35 million mark, a fee that Levy is more than reluctant to spend.

Despite Steve Bruce's continuous digs at the Tottenham owner, it is still looking likely that the 22-year-old will swap Birmingham for North London in the next few days. Many question marks have been raised as to whether Grealish can perform consistently in the top-flight but following a fantastic campaign for Villa, now could be the best time for the youngster to move.
