#3 Samuel Umtiti
Samuel Umtiti's spell at Barcelona has not gone according to plan, and the centre-back has long been linked with a move away from the club.
Umtiti, who joined Barcelona from Lyon in 2016 for £22.5 million, enjoyed an excellent debut campaign at the club, and much was expected of him. However, persistent injury issues have meant that the France international has been usurped by youngsters like Oscar Mingueza and Ronald Araujo.
The 27-year-old has made just 40 league appearances in his last three seasons with Barcelona. It remains to be seen where Umtiti would go if he decides to leave Barcelona, with Everton and Lyon suggested as possible destinations.
#2 Martin Braithwaite
Eyebrows were raised when Barcelona signed Martin Braithwaite from Leganes for £16.2 million in January 2020.
The Denmark international had been a dependable player during his Toulouse days. But there was little to suggest he would have the same impact at Barcelona. Braithwaite has made 53 appearances in all competitions for the club, scoring eight goals and providing four assists.
The signings of Sergio Aguero and Memphis Depay could push the 30-year-old down the pecking order at Barcelona. Braithwaite has been linked with West Ham United.
#1 Miralem Pjanic
It raised eyebrows last summer when Barcelona's Arthur Melo moved to Juventus and the Bianconeri's Miralem Pjanic went the other way in a swap deal.
Suffice to say, the move benefitted neither of the parties involved. Arthur has struggled at Juventus, and the same has been the case for Pjanic at Barcelona. The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has been a squad player for the Camp Nou outfit, with the likes of Sergio Busquets and Frenkie de Jong ahead of him.
Pjanic will not be short of suitors if he decides to leave Barcelona in the summer. A return to Juventus has been mooted, while Bayern Munich and Chelsea are said to be tracking the midfielder.
