Neymar may now be one of the best players in the World and also the most expensive, but he was once approached by West Ham. In 2010 just after the World Cup West Ham made a bid. They were offering £16 million for the player. This deal however never seemed very likely to happen, with the player not keen on it.

Neymar has gone on to play for Barcelona and now PSG where he has scored 4 goals in the first 4 games of the 2018/19 season so far.

It would have been amazing to see Neymar at West Ham yet it also seems very unlikely that it would have happened.
