#1 AS Monaco
Two years ago, AS Monaco reached the semifinals of the Champions League, beating the likes of Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund en route.
They won the league ahead of Paris St. Germain and everything was going right for the French side till then.
Come the summer transfer window and their players chose different destinations and 2 years on, they barely seem to be a shadow of the team that won the league.
Players like Bernardo Silva have been replaced by the likes of Nacer Chadli, and the inability to find another goalscoring stalwart to partner alongside the aging Falcao has put Monaco in a situation they wouldn't have even dreamt about a couple years ago.
Monaco started this season with hopes of Champions League spots but right now, they are far from achieving that and are struggling at 18th in the league, and also crashed out the group stages in the Champions League, languishing in fourth and without winning a single game.
Theirry Henry was appointed after the sacking of Jardim and things haven't been improved much, but it is still soon and hopefully the French outfit can fight of relegation and get back to where they belong.
