The Atletico Bilbao midfielder. He’s just 24 and is the driving force in the Bilbao side’s midfield. United bid for him last summer, but his release clause of 35 million euros was, according to United, too much and eventually the deal collapsed. Herrera will add the much needed creativity to United’s midfield.

Last season, he was the 2nd highest dribbler in La Liga with 1.7 dribbles every play. Only Ronaldo (1.9) bettered him. He’s young, dynamic, quick with the ball, good passer. Everything United currently needs.

Would he be a good buy? Definitely. But his release clause of 35 million may force United too look elsewhere.
