Lorenzo Insigne is a magnificent player and many clubs are monitoring his situation at Napoli, Bayern is one of these clubs. He could perfectly replace Ribery on the left side of Bayern's attack.

Insigne is the main player in Sarri's system. He has a wonderful right foot, he can create chances out of nothing and offers a great defensive work. This season, he scored 8 goals and provided 11 assists in 37 matches in Serie A.
His numbers weren't quite as good as they were last season, but he established himself as the leader of Napoli.
