5: Patrice Evra
Man Utd: 379 appearances, 10 goals (2006 - 2014)
Juventus: 82 appearances, 3 goals (2014 - 2017)
Patrice Evra moved directly from Manchester to Turin in the summer of 2014 after winning 10 major honours, including five Premier League titles and the Champions League, and playing close to 400 total games during a trophy-laden era at Old Trafford.
The Frenchman, who also often captained United, continued that winning streak after moving to Italy, the country where he had started his professional career. He bagged two domestic doubles in two seasons with Juve and played in the 2015 Champions League final.
Evra's career ultimately rather tailed off. He went several months without a club after being released by Juve in 2017, eventually joining Marseille. That spell ended when he was dismissed following a violent altercation with a fan. He later briefly played for West Ham.
