3: Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Juventus: 92 appearances, 26 goals (2004 - 2006)
Man Utd: 53 appearances, 29 goals (2016 - 2018)
Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Juventus and Zlatan Ibrahimovic at United were two very different players, with the decade in between those spells crucial in turning the mercurial Swede from an inconsistent talent into one of the most feared strikers in the world.
He struggled to make an impact in Turin, scoring only seven times in Serie A during his second year and left when Juve were forcibly relegated by the 2006 Calciopoli scandal, while United later reaped the rewards of a much more driven Zlatan.
Ibrahimovic wound up at Old Trafford as a free agent after scoring 156 goals in four years with Paris Saint-Germain. He proved to be a revelation for United despite critics highlighting his age as a concern, although a serious knee injury ultimately curtailed his time in England, and he now ploughs his trade in the MLS.
