#1 Struggling Attack
This should come as a surprise considering the wealth of attacking talent in RM’s hands. They have Isco, Bale, Benzema, Ascensio, Borja Mayoral and Lucas Vazquez. Yet they don’t score enough goals during a long league campaign.
They are capable of winning short format cups but in a long format of 38 games, there is no consistent flow of goals. Benzema had to change his style of play under Ronaldo and must revert to his goalscoring ways. Borja Mayoral has been substandard so far and a centre-forward signing like Lewandowski should be on the books.
