#2 Manchester City (Played 8, Won 6)
The Skyblues have started from where they left off last time, and show no signs of stopping. With six victories from eight games, they are also the most prolific in the division with 21 goals and that has propelled them to the top of the Premier League standings.
It hasn't been as explosive as it was last year, but City nonetheless have rolled on. As many as 11 players have been on the scoresheet already, hinting at a slight change in style of play from last season that saw the attackers shoulder most of the scoring burden. And as for the defence, it has only leaked three goals; none in the last four.
Pep Guardiola's swashbuckling side are heavy favourites for another title and even if the odds of pulling off another 100-points return is low, the team has shown they are up for the challenge.
