The All India Football Federation has confirmed an international friendly for the Indian national football team against neighbours Bangladesh on Wednesday, March 5 in Goa.
The international friendly is slated to be played at the refurbished Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (Fatorda Stadium) in Margao, Goa.
The last time the two Teams met was at the 2013 SAFF Championship in Kathmandu in which the group stage match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Overall the two sides have met 30 times with India winning on 17 occasions, Bangladesh have five wins to their name and eight times the match had ended in a draw. Overall India has scored 41 goals, while Bangladesh have 20 goals to their name.
