AFC Ajax manager Frank De Boer has paid no heed towards the speculations that have linked him as the next manager of Tottenham.
It is believed that the White Hart Lane bosses have been in contact with the former Dutch international and are looking to replace head coach, Tim Sherwood, for the next season. But De Boer may consider a move only after the Eredivisie season ends.
“Spurs? I know nothing,” replied De Boer who recently won the Eredivisie title for the fourth consecutive time since taking over as their manager, a feat that has never been accomplished before.
Previously, Louis Van Gaal emerged as one of the contenders to take charge of the Spurs squad this summer. But the Netherlands national team coach has preferred Manchester United over the north London outfit with a contract negotiation supposedly in process at the Old Trafford.
De Boer has also been under the radar of his former club, Barcelona, who might be interested in his services if their current coach Tata Martino leaves the Catalan outfit this summer.
