Ever since Sao Paolo showed their interest in getting Diego Forlan on loan from Inter, there has been a constant chatter about signing Lucas from Sao Paolo in return. The 19-year old Brazilian sensation is constantly being watched by Inter, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Liverpool. So who is Lucas Moura? Below is everything you need to know about the Brazilian prodigy, and maybe the next Inter signing.

Lucas Rodrigues Moura da Silva, also known as Lucas Moura, was born in Sao Paolo, Brazil on August 13th, 1992. He started his professional career at Marecelino Carioca, and then went on to play for the youth teams of Corinthians from 2002-2005 and Sao Paolo 2005-2010. He started his senior career with Sao Paolo, where he currently plays as an attacking midfielder. He also represented Brazil in the Under-20 level, where he made 9 appearances and scored 4 goals. He has also played for the Brazilian national team scoring one goal in ten appearances.

He looks to be an exciting prospect, regularly beating defenders with pace and skill. He also has a lethal right foot. He still needs to improve on scoring with his left foot, as well finding teammates, as he sometimes looks to go for glory instead of finding a better positioned teammate. But then again, he is a 19-year old who can still improve a lot under the right guidance.
