After parting ways with Antonio Conte, Chelsea appointed Sarri as the new manager at Stamford Bridge. He brought with him, a genuine midfield prospect in Jorginho, who snubbed interest from City to join The Blues and his former Napoli boss.
As of now, they are also being linked with Rugani, Higuain, and others.
Kante, Hazard and Courtois could be the main players for the London side this season after they performed exceptionally well in this year's World Cup. It will be interesting to see how Chelsea make their way through this transfer window amid rumours linking these three superstars to Real Madrid (Courtois and Hazard) and PSG (Kante).
