What’s the story? Considering Chelsea offered £20m first time around this would be quite a jump. Are they serious about getting Rooney or are they just messing about with United trying to unsettle Moyes?Does it make sense? United have said he’s not for sale but Chelsea feel like they are a proven striker short in their otherwise packed squad.Is the price right? Yep.
