The International Federation of Football History and Statistics has named Andres Iniesta as the best playmaker for the year 2013.
The IFFHS has been carrying this out since 2006. The Barcelona attacker has got the esteemed title for the 2nd year running as he won it for the year 2012 as well.
Editorial offices and experts from 70 countries and from all the football continents took part in the 2013 election for the World’s Best Playmaker. The previous winners were: Zidane (2006), Kaka (2007), Xavi (2008, 09, 10, 11).
Current Arsenal playmaker came in second with a score of 94. Barcelona dominate the list for past winner as Xavi and Iniesta have won the award for the past 6 years.
