Angolan president congratulates football team

Luanda - Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos on Monday congratulated the players of the national football team and the Angolan Football Federation on their qualification for the finals of Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.

The squad secured their berth after beating Zimbabwe 2-0 in Sunday’s qualifying match, reports Xinhua.

Striker Manucho Gonalves scored the two goals in the fourth and fifth minutes of the match at Luanda’s national stadium.
