Argentina's Boca held to goalless draw

Buenos Aires, Feb 18 (IANS) Boca Juniors drew goalless with Club Atletico Tigre in their second match of the Argentina football league.

In the “Monumental” Stadium in Victoria, northern Buenos Aires, Boca Sunday failed to score a goal, and now both teams are on four points, reports Xinhua.

In other matches on Sunday, Quilmes Atletico Club defeated All Boys 2-1, with goals scored by Juan Manuel Cobo and Jacobo Mansilla, while Oscar Ahumada scored in favour of All Boys.

In Rosario, northern Argentina, Club Atletico Lanus defeated Newell’s Old Boys 2-0, with goals scored by Silvio Romero and Paraguayan Marcos Caceres.
