Arsenal are considered to be the favourites to capture the unsettled Gonzalo Higuain from Real Madrid with Sky Bet clearly stating Arsenal to be the front runners in the chase of higuain.

The superstar striker is expected to leave Madrid after publicly stating his intentions to leave.His decision was made after having endured a battle for starting places right throughout his career with the Bernabeu outfit.

Initially, Juventus were considered the favourites to sign the Argentina international. This deal will surely break Arsenal’s current transfer record of 15 million euros for Andrei Arshavin, a player who was released by the club at the end of the previous season.

The spanish club will be expecting a fee in excess of at least 25 million euros from the English outfit.
