On 10th of July, Arsenal announced signing of Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez from FC Barcelona. And when asked by an anchor from Eurosport as to why he the signed 25-year-old, club manager Arsene Wenger replied:
“Because I just find he has all the attributes of modern striker and as well he can play on the flanks and from the middle, so he gives you many opportunities and he can score goals.
“He works very hard and hopefully he will be a great success.”
