Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini is set to be on the sidelines again for some of the Gunners’ crucial clashes against Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund, as he sustained a groin injury during Saturday’s game against Crystal Palace.

The Frenchman could be out for three weeks and the news serves as a huge blow for the Gunners as they face some stiff competition in their title run this month.

Manager Arsene Wenger spoke on the same and said, “When we get the (scan) results we will know how long he will be out. It doesn’t look like a bad muscle injury but it is his groin.”

Flamini has been praised for his performance since his return from AC Milan on a free transfer and has been a huge asset in Arsenal’s top notch showing this season.
