QPR’s Loic Remy is expected to quit his present team and move to Arsenal. His contract suggests that he is available for just £6 million. His price has alerted many clubs including Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool, Everton and Newcastle.
According to Sunday Mirror Sport, the QPR striker told his friends that Arsenal is his dream destination. While the manager Arsene Wenger is in the market for strikers, his main target is Fiorentina star Stevan Jovetic, but he could be in the market for more than one forward – particularly if Arsenal are driven by the Galatasaray’s interest in Lukas Podolski.
The Turkish club is ready to pay £12m for Podolski, who Arsenal had signed in the last summer for £10.9m from Cologne.
