Right wing : Theo Walcott
Walcott has been in sensational form this season and has already scored eight goals this campaign. Whether playing as a forward or on the flanks, Walcott has done more than a decent job for the Gunners. He is in a better form leading into the derby than the likes of Dele Alli and Eric Lamela.
Left wing : Christian Eriksen
Though the Dane has not been able to replicate his good form regularly, he is still a threat from set pieces and is a dangerous player on the break. Alex Iwobi's rise has been brilliant for the Gunners but Eriksen just edges out because of his showing glimpses of returning to form in recent weeks. Eriksen is a special player and has established himself as a big match player.
Striker : Alexis Sanchez
One of the best players of this season, Sanchez has played brilliantly this season as a striker. His goal against Sunderland was a proper striker's goal which shoes his progress as a player under Wenger. Though Giroud has returned to form after his brace against the Black Cats and Harry Kane is also expected to be back for the Derby, Sanchez gets his place as a sole striker in this lineup, a testament to his brilliant run of form for the Gunners.
