AC Milan close in on Alvaro Morata
Gazzetta Dello Sport has revealed that Morata wants to join the Rossoneri this summer and has told this to the Real Madrid boardroom. Milan are ready to pay close to €70 million for the striker which will see their summer spending cross the €200 million mark.
Morata will be back for his second stint in Italy and will be reunited with his former teammate, Leonardo Bonucci. Milan have also offered a €175,000 per week deal which is higher than what Chelsea and Manchester United had offered to the Spaniard.
Juventus decide not to sell Alex Sandro this summer
After losing one of their integral defensive stars, Juventus are adamant on not losing Alex Sandro this summer. According to the Evening Standard, Sandro will not be allowed to join Chelsea with the Blues suffering yet another transfer setback.
They were willing to offer a handsome £61 million for the Brazilian but Bonucci's transfer to Milan has changed the dynamics of the business in Turin.
Inter Milan identify Ivan Perisic replacement
Italian tabloids have speculated that the Croatian's transfer to Manchester United is in its final stages with both the clubs agreeing upon a fee for the winger. Inter have now decided to move for Lazio's Keita Balde as a like for like replacement for Perisic.
Lazio are not willing to sell Balde to a direct rival but might have to concede defeat in front of Inter's financial might. Milan are ready to offer €35 million for the forward.
