Rome, Jan 8 (IANS) Italian Serie A club Roma have signed Belgian footballer Radja Nainggolan from Cagliari, the club announced.
The 25-year-old Nainggolan will spend the rest of the season in Rome on loan with a fee of three million euros. Roma also have the right to sign Nainggolan permanently after the current season for six million euros, reports Xinhua.
Nainggolan scored seven goals for Cagliari in 131 appearances and has earned four international caps for Belgium. He is expected to make his World Cup debut at Brazil 2014 in June.
Eight points behind leaders Juventus, Roma are currently placed second in the league table.
