The Belgian has been the best midfielder in the Premier League for quite some time now, but last season, De Bruyne was a league above the others. In the summer, De Bruyne took Belgium to the semi-finals of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

This season though, injuries have restricted him to just 4 appearances in all competitions and he is also yet to score a goal so far.
