#3 – Eden Hazard

Chelsea v Arsenal - UEFA Europa League Final

The biggest jump in the Power Rankings this month belongs to Eden Hazard. Ranked at #8 last month, the Belgian star has done everything possible to end his time at Chelsea on a high.

Hazard first helped Chelsea make it to the Champions League next season by getting them to the 3rd spot in the Premier League. His 2 assists in the game against Watford at the start of May helped The Blues seal a place in the top 4.

The Belgian superstar then waved his magic wand in the Europa League final and outclassed Arsenal. He scored twice and assisted once to help Chelsea demolish their London rivals 4-1 in the final.

With a move to Real Madrid imminent, he now has a very good chance of winning the Ballon d'Or. With the help of Zidane, he is only going to get better.
