#1 Erik Ten Hag
If Erik Ten Hag could reach the Champions League semi-final with a young and inexperienced Ajax squad, just imagine the wonders he could do with an established squad at Barcelona.
Even if Ajax failed to make it to the final of the competition, having beaten by Spurs last night, the whole footballing world has been in awe of them for the past month after their amazing results against Real Madrid and Juventus.
Ten Hag's style of play is extremely attractive and very similar to Barcelona - a direct style of attacking football, with involves moving the ball forward very quickly.
With his Ajax protege, Frenkie de Jong having joined Barcelona in a £75 million deal, and club captain Matthijs de Ligt also linked with the Spanish giants, it would be another bait for the Dutch manager to join the club.
Maybe, just maybe, next season he could actually win the Champions League with De Jong and De Ligt in his squad in Barcelona colours.
