Chelsea make Robert Lewandowski their top target

After falling to fifth in the Premier League, Chelsea are planning a huge spending spree this summer. The Telegraph has reported that Chelsea have earmarked Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski as their top transfer target.

With Alvaro Morata failing to reach the expected heights, Chelsea are on the lookout for an upgrade. Lewandowski has all the tools to succeed in the Premier League and is also planning a move away from Germany this summer.

Borussia Dortmund name their new manager

Lucian Favre will be the new Borussia Dortmund manager. The club has today announced the appointment of the former Nice manager as Peter Stoger's replacement.

Favre has signed a two-year deal at Signal Iduna Park.
