Lazio want Malcom on loan
Brazil winger Malcom has been one of the most sought-after players in Europe as he has attracted interest from a few clubs including Chinese Super League club Guangzhou Evergrande and Everton. The latest club to join the race to sign the 21-year-old is Lazio as the Serie A side are interested in getting the winger on loan till the end of the season.
It is understood that Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has entered into negotiations with Barcelona over a potential deal, with club president Claudio Lotito contacting the Barça board. However, Barca have not shown any interest in allowing Malcom leave the club, even on loan, as they consider him one of the crucial members of the side, especially with some crucial matches coming up.
Since joining Barcelona for €42 million, Malcom has managed to play a total of 296 minutes across nine appearances in all competitions.
