#7 Paris Saint Germain
Sportskeeda Score: 66.0
Sometimes, it just seems pointless to talk about Paris Saint Germain in the Ligue 1, knowing they have no equal in France to rival their supremacy for the league title. Hence, the UEFA Champions League becomes the sole factor over which Les Parisiens will always be judged unless the Ligue 1 improves in terms of quality.
However, PSG have yet again failed miserably on the greatest stage of club football. Thomas Tuchel's men failed to protect a 2-0 away lead against Manchester United, going down 3-1 at Parc des Princes. They crashed out of the UCL in the round of 16 for the third time in a row.
What is astonishing is the fact that PSG have been failing to get past their curse in spite of having a bucketload of world-class talent at their disposal. If the story continues in the same vein, the oil-rich PSG owners should well be accustomed to losing out on the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, who have no shortage of suitors lining up for their signature.
