Championship side Blackpool’s manager Paul Ince has been handed a 5-match stadium ban and has been restricted to visit any stadium after he was involved in a situation with a match official on September 14.
Ince, by doing so violated Football Association and was found guilty of “using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official, of behaviour towards a match official which constituted violent conduct and of using threatening words and/or behaviour towards a match official.”
The match was won by the opposition Tangerines 2-1. Frustrated by the result Ince had thrown a bottle at a supporter for which Alex Rae, his assistant had to apologize.
The Football Association had alerted the independent regulatory committee which found the former England midfielder guilty as charged.
