Boca’s Emmanuel Gigliotti scored in the 18th minute Friday, continuing a seven-game scoring streak, while Juan Manuel Martinez scored just two minutes later, taking the team’s total points tally to 24 points, reports Xinhua.
Boca is now just three points behind leader Newell’s, who tied Godoy Cruz from Mendoza 1-1 in a earlier game.
