Bojan Krkic seems delighted with his transfer from Roma to AC Milan, and feels honored that he will be wearing the Rossoneri jersey this season.
The 22-year-old is expected to complete his move to San Siro on Wednesday, and the former Barcelona man is determined to prove his worth at the 2011 Serie A champion.
“It is an honor to wear the Milan shirt. I promise that I will give my everything for this club,” the Spain international told reporters. “All the sales that Milan have made? Milan are still a strong team, and I want to make the most out of this opportunity.”
The forward was also being linked with a move to ambitious Liga side Malaga in his homeland, but he is pleased to have joined Milan instead.
“Malaga? I have heard true and false things in the media, but I can only say that I am happy to be at Milan.”
Bojan could make his official Milan debut in the away game against Bologna this weekend.
