“What just happened?” – that was the reaction of the fans in the stadium and the ones watching it around the world when the three goals were scored today.

For the first goal, Victor Moses made a brilliant run into the Burnley box and crossed it into a dangerous area. Pope got a hand to it but it bounced off Kevin Long's thigh and the defender accidentally punched it into his own net.

If that goal was lucky, Burnley's equalizer was no different. Guðmundsson drifted one in from the right wing and had a shot at goal from a good 25 yards out. The ball was clearly going out of play but it took a lucky deflection off Ashley Barnes' heel and went in.

The third one was probably the most 'sane' goal tonight. But when Emerson put in a dangerous cross, Giroud tried to do a scorpion kick and hilariously missed. Moses made the most of that miss and slotted in at the near post.
