I-League side United SC will be up against I-League Division 2 side Bhowanipore Club in their CFL Premier Division – Super 12 Championship Match to be played this evening at the Saltlake Stadium in Kolkata.
The Purple Brigade is not in a good shape with many of the first team members having picked up injuries in the recent past. First players like Souvik Chakraborty and Baldeep Singh had to be added to injury list and that leaves coach Eelco Schattorie with only 14 fit players to play.

“I have only 14 players to choose from. Rafique and Tapan will start tomorrow as well as Sheikh Azim and Rajinder. I had give Ranty a small rest and told him to take a break, he will come on 29th December here. Bello also go his Country for few days. So at this moment my target is the Federation Cup and my preparation for the tournament will start from tomorrow’s match,” Eelco told before the match.
He also said, “I really take this game for preparation of the Federation Cup and want to see all boys through remaining Kolkata league matches. Souvik has a small injury on his ankle, when Jayanta, Snehasish also have injury. Lal Kamal has a chance to play tomorrow’s match.”
