Cardiff scored a last-gasp headed goal to share the points with Man United tonight. Wayne Rooney scored first, but former Man United youth star Frazier Campbell equilised. However, just before half-time Patrice Evra scored from a Rooney corner. Then right at the death, Kim scored after a wicked ball in by Peter Wittingham

Andrew Taylor (30): Won 100% of his headed duels (3/3) and 4/5 tackles.

Steven Caulker (-4): Caulker won his only tackle and misplaced just four passes (30/34) – a success percentage of 88.

Ben Turner (-9): Turner was busy, winning five of 9 headed duels, his only tackle and making 10 clearances.

Gary Medel (26): Made two interceptions and completed 89% of his passes (42/47) in another tidy display.

Don Cowie (17): Cowie didn’t have much to do but made two interceptions and completed 50% of his crosses.

Peter Whittingham (34): Completed three of six crosses, one of which was the assist for Kim’s equaliser. Whittingham also completed 96% of his passes (51/53).

Jordon Mutch (0): Mutch won one out of two tackles and one headed duel from seven. He also only completed one out of three take-ons.

Fraizer Campbell (36): Scored the first equaliser for Cardiff and hit the crossbar with a stunning Cantona-esque chip. The former United man also won two of three headed duels.

Peter Odemwingie (-20): Had two shots but both were off target. Also completed 71% of his passes (16/21) and just 1/3 take-ons.

Substitutes

Craig Noone (11): Noone completed three take-ons, the same number as the whole Man Utd team.

Kim Bo-Kyung (18): Kim scored the vital equaliser in injury time from his only shot. He also completed three of his five passes.

Andreas Cornelius (13): Not much impact due to short time on the pitch. Didn’t complete a pass but had one saved shot deep into injury time.

Manchester United

David de Gea (-25): Completed eight of his 11 passes and made two saves.

Chris Smalling (19): Completed two out of two take-ons, two interceptions, 5/6 headed duels and 3/4 tackles. He also dominated the right-hand side of the pitch.

Rio Ferdinand (10): Eight clearances, 1/2 tackles and headed duels won made for a disappointing and quiet night for Ferdinand.

Jonny Evans (16): Evans made 15 clearances, the most of anyone on both sides. He also won four of his five headed duels.

Patrice Evra (8): Had one shot and scored it – a header to give United a 2-1 lead on the stroke of half-time. Evra also won 100% of his tackles (3/3).

Marouane Fellaini (12): Fellaini had three attempts on goal; two saved and one off target. The Belgian giant also completed 82% of his passes (41/50).

Tom Cleverley (-28): A quiet evening for the Englishman saw him not complete a single tackle or headed duel. He also misplaced his only cross and shot.

Antonio Valencia (14): Completed both of his crosses, 79% of his passes but failed to complete any of his three attempted take-ons.

Wayne Rooney (65): Rooney was United’s standout player as he opened the scoring and assisted the second from a corner whilst also making a key pass late in the game to Welbeck. He also completed 7/10 of his crosses, 87% of his passes and made one interception.

Adnan Januzaj (12): Completed 77% of his passes (20/26), suffered six fouls – the most on both sides – and failed to complete any of his three attempted take-ons.

Javier Hernandez (1): Hernandez had a poor night against Cardiff. The Mexican won just one tackle, no headed duels and no take ons. Failure to have a shot capped off a disappointing night for the Mexican.

Substitutes

Danny Welbeck (-11): Completed all six of his passes but hit his only two shots off target. Also failed to complete a take on or header.

Ryan Giggs (5): Didn’t have much time to make an effect but did complete 5/6 passes and his only cross.
