Newly promoted English Premier League side Cardiff City today announced that they had signed young striker Andreas Cornelius from FC Copenhagen.
The 20-year-old joined for an undisclosed fee on completion of his medical after ending up top scorer with 18 goals in the Danish Superliga in his first full season.
Cornelius is seen as a strong, left-footed forward. He has made six appearances for Denmark and scored once.
