Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been ordered 250 hours of community service, a six-month driving ban and a £1,000 fine after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified. He was arrested in March 2013.
He was caught in a high powered car around the town’s outskirts and was taken to Macclesfield police station immediately. A 6-month ban on driving was imposed on the Argentinian back in January but he overlooked it and continued to drive.
With 16-goals, Tevez is City’s top scorer this season having scored seven goals in his last six games. Manchester City are preparing to face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Monday.
