FC Bayern Munchen: Are through to the Knockout rounds and need only a point at Ajax to top their group.

Ajax Amsterdam: They have done pretty well and qualified for the round of 16 after a string of impressive performances and will win the group if they manage to beat Bayern Munich at home.

SL Benfica: They have confirmed Europa League football and their position is not going to change irrespective of the outcome of their match.

AEK Athens: They have been eliminated from Europe after failing to win or draw any one of their games.

Manchester City: They are through to the Round Of 16 but need a solitary point at home to Hoffenheim to top their group.

Olympique Lyonnais: They will need a point away to Ukraine at Shakhtar Donetsk to make it to the round of 16. They will also be in a position to top the group if they win away to Shakhtar and City manage to lose to Hoffenheim at home.

Shakhtar Donetsk: They have a must-win game at home to Lyon if they want to go through to the next round, while a point there would send them into the Europa League.

1899 Hoffenheim: They are out of the Champions League and must win at Manchester City and pray that Shakhtar lose at home to Olympique Lyonnais to make it into the Europa League.
