Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann said on Tuesday that the capital football club will have to play a "perfect match" in the Champions League final against crosstown rivals Real Madrid on May 28 in Milan.
"It's a final, a very nice match for all the players, for the club, for the fans... We are very excited and eager," Griezmann said in a video released by the club's official website.
"We will have to play a perfect match and I trust the club and teammates so that we are all prepared for that final," he explained.

The French international noted that everyone should be "happy" with this "great year" after his team finished third in La Liga and advanced to the Champions League final, reports Efe.
"The goal was to be in the top three. We gave our all until the end and we are happy with the level and the qualification in the Champions League, and hopefully we can raise that level each year," Griezmann explained.
"I am happy with my performance because every year it seems that I increase my level, I bring more to the team and to my game and hopefully, I can continue on that line," he added.

Griezmann scored 32 goals this season in all competitions, including 22 in La Liga, seven in the Champions League and three in Copa del Rey.
Griezmann has been chosen by Atletico's fans as best in the league.
