It was a horrific performance from Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. They never really tested Bournemouth except, maybe, on a couple of occasions. It looks like Antonio Conte's days are clearly numbered at the club.
It was a slow and a dull 1st half at the Stamford Bridge. Wilson opened the scoring for the visitors in the 55th minute. He then provided a through ball to Stanislas to double the lead 12 minutes after that.
If that wasn't enough, Ake scored against his former club just a few minutes after and that was the end of the night for the Blues.
Here are the player ratings for both sides:
Bournemouth
Asmir Begovic - 7/10
The former Chelsea keeper was hardly tested tonight. He was called upon a few times and did well.
Charlie Daniels - 7/10
Daniels did well to stop the threat from Chelsea's right flank. Kept Pedro quiet in the game.
Nathan Ake - 7/10
He was good in defence and even managed to score a goal against his former club. The Blues would have wished that he was playing for them instead.
Simon Francis - 7/10
Francis did well in the back three. He never let Barkley get free and followed him closely in the game.
Steve Cook - /10
Made a spectacular last-ditch tackle to prevent Hazard from scoring in the first half and kept things tidy.
Jordan Ibe - 8/10
The £15m man finally lived up to his price tag. He was never out of position and did well to stop the threat on his side.
Ryan Fraser - 8/10
3 goals in his last 3 games, Fraser has been impressing quite a few as an attacker. But his defensive skills caught the eye tonight. Winning headers, beating Alonso in the air, Fraser was charged up.
Dan Gosling - 8/10
While the defence did a good job, Gosling was the barrier that helped them. He made it difficult for the Chelsea players to threaten the visitors.
Junior Stanislas - 7/10
Stanislas worked hard on his return. Though his first shot was saved, he did make sure he'd get his name on the scoresheet in the 67th minute.
Lewis Cook - 7/10
Cook had a great game tonight. His tackling and running stood out.
Callum Wilson - 8/10
A goal and an assist, what else can you ask from your striker? Something which Morata has been missing lately.
Substitutes
Marc Pugh N/A
Failed to make an impact coming on with less than 10 minutes to go.
Lys Mousset - N/A
Came on in the extra time of the 2nd half
Joshua King - 5/10
Came on with a little less than 20 minutes in the game. Didn't really impact the game.
Chelsea
Thibaut Courtois - 6/10
Back in the lineup after missing the last 3 games due to injury, Courtois couldn't really do much about the goals except pick the ball from the back of the net. He did make some comfortable saves though.
Cesar Azpilicueta - 5/10
Not the best of nights for Azpilicueta. He looked sharp in the 1st half but the 2nd half was a completely different story for the Spanish international. The Cherries got the better of him more often than not.
Andres Christensen - 5/10
The defence fell apart after he was subbed early on in the game owing to what appears to be a hamstring injury. Hopefully, it's not that bad.
Garry Cahill - 4/10
Moved into the middle with the departure of Christensen. He was very close to scoring a header. Apart from that, nothing positive came from the Chelsea captain.
Marcos Alonso - 5/10
He never really got going. His freekicks were also not effective tonight.
Davide Zappacosta - 6/10
A decent game from the Italian international tonight. He provided a couple of dangerous crosses in the 1st half. He was subbed in the 65th minute for Chelsea youngster Hudson.
N'Golo Kante - 6/10
The Frenchman tried to drive the Blues forward whenever on the ball. He did well in a packed midfield.
Tiemoue Bakayoko - 3/10
Really getting tired of writing "another horrible game" as it looks like there is no improvement from the player. He gave away the ball easily which lead to the 1st goal for the visitors. No positives whatsoever.
Eden Hazard - 5/10
Hazard tried to do what he does best but with no support from his teammates, he was left alone.
Pedro - 5/10
He really tried to be involved in the match as much as he could. However, there was hardly any contribution from the Spanish international except for some poor efforts on goal.
Ross Barkley - 4/10
Not the night Barkley would have hoped for. Looked rusty, definitely needs more game time to be back to his best.
Substitutes
Cesc Fabregas - 5/10
He tried to make an impact on the game with his long passes but failed to do so.
Callum Hudson Odoi - 6/10
The youngster made his Premier League debut and looked comfortable on the ball. Had a go at the keeper as well. Set for a bright future.
Antonio Rudiger - 4/10
He came on for an injured Christensen early on in the game. Poor positioning and getting confused with Cahill was how his night went.
