#1 Flop: Alvaro Morata

Morata went wrong in all possible ways. Neither did he make runs off the ball down the channel, nor did he win 50-50 battles. Firstly, he didn't register a shot - not something that is expected from a number 9.
Second, the former Real Madrid striker failed to keep possession on many occasions. He is too delicate at times. More often than not, he looks for a cheap foul just outside the 18-yard box. Otherwise as well, the striker sucked his team's momentum out.
His movement off the ball was rather poor too. Speaking of his work rate in the air, Giroud, who played just over 15 minutes, won more aerial duels than the Spaniard.
Once again, Alvaro Morata cut a frustrated figure in front of goal. There were probably just shortcomings in his performance against the Red Devils. Sarri has shown a lot of faith in the Spaniard, but hasn't received the best of returns just yet. Many would say it's time to stop trusting him.
