Brazilian forward Hulk has sparked speculation over his future by sharing an Instagram picture showing him landing at London Luton airport.
The post is sure to cause excitement amongst supporters of London sides, with Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea all in need of attacking reinforcements. Hulk is currently playing for Russian side Zenit St Petersburg, but has long been linked with a move to the Premier League.
The Instagram picture was posted last night and has increased speculation over a January move for the former Porto man. Prior to his 2012 move to Russia, the Brazilian was linked with a number of Premier League clubs. However he instead made the €60 million move to Zenit and has since made 32 appearances for the club.
This season, Hulk has scored nine goals in 14 league appearances for Zenit and has provided four assists.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea are all in need of a striker and could all be potential destinations for the 27 year old. Arsenal are lacking in competition for Olivier Giroud and – whilst manager Arsene Wenger remained coy over potential arrivals when quizzed during his Thursday press conference – could be a potential destination for Hulk.
Their North London rivals Tottenham are also in the market for a forward, with Jermain Defoe leaving for Toronto and Roberto Soldado misfiring, whilst Chelsea are currently relying upon Samuel Eto’o, Demba Ba and Fernando Torres, the last of whom is nursing a knee injury.
