Chelsea could be frustrated in their pursuit of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, by Premier League rivals Manchester United and Arsenal.
The Blues have been chasing Pogba for some time now with manager Jose Mourinho making no secret of his desire to bring the Frenchman to Stamford Bridge.
However, the Italian side are demanding around £60 million for the player and while Chelsea are prepared to pay a high fee for Pogba their plans may be scuppered by goings-on elsewhere.
According to the Express, if Juventus sell Arturo Vidal to either Manchester or Arsenal then they will not even entertain the idea of selling Pogba as they are not prepared to lose both their star midfielders in the same summer.
Manchester United have been tracking Vidal for some time now and new manager Louis van Gaal sees the Chilean as the perfect player to accompany new signing Ander Herrera in the centre of the midfield.
It appears as if for now Mourinho will be relying on other events if he is to get his man.Paul Pogba scored seven goals and registered seven assists in Serie A last season for Juventus.
