Eden Hazard trolled Thibaut Courtois on Instagram after his mistake led to a Hull equalizer

On a grim day for world class keepers which saw Manuel Neuer make a couple of howlers subjecting Bayern Munich to their first defeat after 10 matches, Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois too made an unlikely mistake to hand Hull striker Abel Hernandez an easy equalizer against the Blues. Under pressure, Courtois tried to beat a man before clearing his lines but a heavy touch laid the ball perfectly for Hernandez to tap in.

However, unlike Bayern, Chelsea escaped with a narrow 3-2 win courtesy of a Loic Remy strike and the Blues players could afford a laugh at Courtois’ mistake.

Courtois’ Belgium team-mate Eden Hazard posted an image in Instagram showing the two having a laugh, possibly over the goalkeeper’s dribbling skills.

The image is captioned saying, “Do you want to dribble like me?? Hahahaha thank you for the saves”
