Petr Cech’s agent has denied any contact with AS Roma over a potential move

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech’s agent has denied claims that contact has been made with AS Roma, and has openly said there hasn’t been any form of correspondence. Rumours having been running for quite some time saying that Cech is one of two names, the other being Genoa’s Mattia Perin, to be linked with the goalkeeping position at Roma.

The Giallorossi’s current goalkeeper, Morgan De Sanctis, signed an extension to stay at the Roman club yesterday, and reports linking Cech with the Roma goalkeeping hot-seat are inaccurate.

“There has been no contact with Roma,” Viktor Kolar insisted in an interview. Petr definitely won’t move in the January transfer window.”
