Chelsea might reportedly sign Bayer Leverkusen’s Andre Schurrle in the summer when the transfer window opens.
The 22-year-old German footballer, who primarily plays as a forward and a winger, has been linked with a move away from the BayArena with the Blues leading the chase for the forward.
According to Mirror, Schurrle’s representatives were at Wembley for the FA Cup semi-final and will discuss the terms terms with Chelsea shortly.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready for a £20 million bid which will lead to a switch for the forward to Stamford Bridge.
In May 2012, there were reports that Schurrle was wanted by Chelsea but they were priced out of it. Now that the prolific and versatile german front is available, Abramovich wants the deal sealed.
