#13 - Frank Lampard
The Chelsea legend and all-time top scorer was the captain of the club when they took on Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on May 19, 2012. He scored the second penalty in the shootout and was the one always on the toes of Schweinsteiger during the game.
Lampard joined New York City FC two seasons later and also spent a year on loan at Manchester City. He is still a fan favourite at Chelsea and is reportedly set to join Conte's staff soon.
He retired from professional football earlier this year and is now trying to get a UEFA Pro Licence. He also works with the club as an ambassador and is a regular at Stamford Bridge during their matches.
#14 - Michael Essien
Essien ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in July 2011 and spent most of the 2011/12 season on the treatment table. He made a comeback in January but played just two matches in the Champions League that season.
He was a new sub in the finals and Was loaned out to real Madrid at the start of the next season. He remained at Chelsea for the 2013/14 season but was then sold to AC Milan a year later.
He spent a year at Milan before moving to Panathinaikos for a season. He now plays in the Indonesian league for Persib Bandung.
#15 - Ramires
The Chelsea fans will always remember Ramires for his goal at Camp Nou. That goal changed everything for The Blues' in the semifinals and rejuvenated their hopes entirely.
Ramires went on to play for Chelsea for another four seasons before moving to China. He joined the Chinese side, Jiangsu Suning in January 2016 for reported fee of £25 million and he was sent off on his debut in the AFC Champions League. However, he scored on his Chinese Super League debut in their win against Shandong Luneng I also assisted a goal in the same game.
