The Blues has been linked with a move for PSV Eindhoven’s Hirving Lozano who could be made available for the right price.
The Mexican rose to fame with his winning goal against Germany at the World Cup but he has been an excellent performer at club level as well with 34 goals in 61 games for his current club.
The 23-year-old who can play on either wing even scored against both Spurs and Inter Milan this season in the Champions League.
